Course overview
My Private Online English Courses are unique to each individual student. During your first session, I will discuss your self-assessment form to determine what the content of your course will be, your language goals and your time frame to achieve them. Your personal Google Classroom will be designed to suit your needs, and I will regularly discuss your progress and course with you.
Choose your 1-2-1 Package
Get a personalised course to suit your budget. By combining live and asynchronous lessons you get the English tuition you need with the flexibility to combine it with your busy schedule. During our live sessions, we will develop your chosen focus skills (speaking, listening, reading and writing) along with language coaching to help you reach your goals. In your asynchronous lessons and tasks, you will go deeper, putting what you have learned into practice and getting voice note and video feedback from me. In your personalised virtual classroom, you will have access to all materials and class recordings, and your individual study plan. Choose the best 1-2-1 package for you.

Course content
Step one is booking a free consultation to discuss your 1-2-1 course. Once we establish the best option for you, you will be asked to fill out a self-assessment form before your first lesson . This is in order for me to have a clear understanding of what your language needs and goals are. From there, we can decide the content of the course. I will regularly feedback with you to make sure that you are satisfied with your progress. I recommend that my private students also follow my Culture Club course in order to help build their skills. This is included for free in option 3 of 1-2-1.

The minimum number of classes we accept per week is one hour, however you can book a one off session if you do not require many classes. For example, if you want to have a CV checked or need to prepare for a job interview.
You need to have access to a computer, a reliable internet connection and a Google account, which is free and easy to create. We are happy to help with any technical questions.
I use Google Meet and Google Classroom.
If you give us 24 hours notice then we can reschedule your lesson for another time in your monthly block. Classes which are cancelled with less than 24 hours notice cannot be rescheduled.
All times mentioned are GMT.
I invoice in pounds; however, payments can be made directly by credit card through my secure online payment service, which will automatically calculate the correct exchange rate.
I ask my students to give me 2 week’s notice if they can no longer continue with their course. I will always send you a reminder asking you to confirm if you are continuing.
